The FC series auxiliary switch is one of the supporting components for high-voltage complete sets of equipment. It adopts a CAM structure and magnetic blowout arc extinguishing method with magnets, featuring diverse and flexible contact forms of CAM switches. At the same time, it also has the function of expanding the number of contacts that ordinary CAM switches do not have. Working principle
The contact part of the FC series auxiliary switch adopts an advanced permanent magnet magnetic blowout arc extinguishing method, which suppresses the generation of arcs during circuit breaking and greatly enhances the breaking capacity of the contacts, solving the problem of difficult DC current breaking in auxiliary switches that exists in the industry. The magnetic field is generated by permanent magnets with high magnetic field strength, ensuring the stability and persistence of the magnetic field. It is suitable for controlling the closing, opening, interlocking and signal circuits of various high-voltage switch operating mechanisms, and can also be used as a conversion or combination switch.
Switch structure
The FC series auxiliary switches are composed of multiple units with the same structure. The switch is a magnetic blow switch made of high-quality magnetic materials. Both the moving and fixed contact pieces are made of pure copper with silver plating. The shell is made of high-quality flame-retardant materials, with good insulation performance, reasonable structure and good dust-proof performance.
The FC series auxiliary switch adopts an indirect drive structure. It rotates the hexagonal shaft to drive the CAM, and then the CAM pushes the switch connecting rod, causing the moving contact piece to move, thereby achieving connection or disconnection to control the electrical circuit.
