Auxiliary switch-LFG series
The LFG series auxiliary switches are one of the supporting components for high-voltage complete sets of equipment. They are suitable for controlling the closing, opening, interlocking, and signal circuits of various high-voltage switch operating mechanisms, and can also be used as conversion or combination switches.

At present, the F series auxiliary switches widely used in China mostly adopt mechanical friction contact type (air-type switches). However, whether it is the plug-in type or the crimping type, there are generally problems such as poor contact of the contacts, poor environmental adaptability, low protection level of the contacts, short service life, and the need for frequent maintenance. To address these challenges, a vacuum-assisted switch has been developed, which adopts a magnetic induction non-contact type (non-air type switch). It features high on-off reliability, long contact service life, maintenance-free performance and good compatibility with F series auxiliary switches, attracting users' attention and thus being widely applied.

Switch structure
The core components of the LFG series vacuum-assisted switches are sealed as a whole to enhance reliability. The moving part - the rotor - is suspended in the fixed plate under the effect of the magnetic field and basically does not generate friction with the fixed plate. Therefore, the rotating shaft rotates light and flexibly, and there is no mechanical jamming situation. The head of the switch adopts a quick-acting mechanism. When the rotating shaft rotates to 75°, under the action of the energy storage spring, the movable fork drives the rotor to move rapidly and reliably stay at the end position. The wiring terminal adopts a composite slot combination screw. The pressure gasket automatically rises and falls with the tightness of the copper screw, making the wiring convenient.
