Auxiliary switch-LFD series
The LFD series auxiliary switch is one of the supporting components for high-voltage complete sets of equipment. The switch structure is compact, with the thickness of each section of the switch being only 6.5mm, approximately half of the thickness of each section of the common auxiliary switch. The switch adopts a CAM structure and permanent magnet magnetic blowing arc extinguishing method, which greatly enhances the breaking capacity of the switch. It is widely used in controlling the opening, closing, interlocking, signal circuits of various high-voltage switch operating mechanisms, and can also be used as a conversion or combination switch.

Working principle
The LFD series auxiliary switch adopts an indirect drive structure. It rotates the square shaft to drive the CAM, and then the CAM pushes the switch guide rod, causing the moving contact piece to move, thereby achieving connection or disconnection to control the electrical circuit.

Switch structure
The LFD series auxiliary switches are flexible in operation, compact in structure, and safe and reliable. The switch is composed of multiple units with the same structure. It has various installation forms and offers multiple installation size combinations. The switch adopts a permanent magnet magnetic blowout arc extinguishing method, which greatly enhances the breaking capacity of the switch. The moving contact pieces are made of high-quality brass, and the contacts are made of silver-nickel alloy composite contacts, featuring a large on-off capacity and a long contact life. The insulating sheet is made of imported high-quality flame-retardant reinforced nylon material, which is heat-resistant, has high strength, good insulation performance, and a reasonable structure to prevent dust. It can be well used in various electrical equipment.
